Board of Directors

The Otis Mutual Domestic Water Consumers & Sewage Works Association is a cornerstone in providing vital water services to the residents and businesses of our rural community. Our association is spearheaded by a dedicated Board of Directors composed of five volunteer members. These individuals are elected by our members during the Annual Membership Meeting, which takes place on the fourth Thursday of February each year.

Monthly Meetings

Monthly meetings are convened on the third Thursday of each month, ensuring the smooth operation and oversight of our water and sewage works services. The current board of directors includes Steve McCroskey as president, Layne Norton as vice president, Henry Castaneda as secretary/treasurer, and Lloyd Boatman and Brenda Vasquez as directors. If you'd like to address the board then please contact the office so that they have at least 1 week prior to any board meeting and added to the agenda.

Operational Leadership

Our manager, Cutter Rogers, leads our day-to-day operations. Cutter is a Level IV Operator and boasts certification in Backflow Prevention, ensuring our community's water safety and quality. Cutter Rogers, our Office Manager Brenda Baumgartner, and Field Supervisor Ryan Nichols form our operational leadership's backbone.
