Payment Options
You can make payments via our drop box located at our office or visit us in person. We also accept credit card payments at (855) 483-5729, and cash or check only in the office. Simply enter the ID code 8822011. Please ensure you have your account number handy before making a payment.
Important Dates
Meter readings are conducted monthly, typically starting on the 15th of the month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, readings begin on the following Monday. Bills are due by 4:00 PM on the 10th of each month. If the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, payments are due the following Monday. A 15% late fee will be added to bills not paid by the due date.
Service Disconnection Policy
If payment is not received by 4:00 PM on the 10th of the following month, a $50.00 delinquent fee will be added, and service may be disconnected. If your service is disconnected due to non-payment, a $50 delinquent fee will apply. Services are subject to disconnection after the second month of non-payment. Both the delinquent bill and the current bill must be paid in full before service will be restored. There will be an extra charge for after hours fee.
